How we look after your Škoda – and you - Strange as it may seem these days, we actually care about your car and making sure you stay happy with it. It's probably the only thing about Škoda that's old-fashioned! And we dare say it's why our retailers and repairers have recently been rated the best in Europe for customer care.There are over 120 Škoda-approved repairers in the UK. Which means we can offer a pretty rapid service.Being Škoda-approved, our technicians are specially trained to know your car inside out. Spares (only genuine Škoda spares) are kept in stock or delivered in 24 hours, so you'll spend the absolute minimum of time without it.And finally, we'll deliver your car back to you in tip-top condition. We just want to get you back on the road with a smile on your face, as soon as possible.

Duty of Care - As the safety of our customers is of prime importance to All Electric every vehicle visiting our workshops, irrespective of the reason, receives a thorough Duty of Care inspection. Duty of Care is an extensive inspection report of your vehicle. It is carried out as a complimentary service to ensure that every customer is fully aware of the overall condition and safety of the vehicle and of course any detrimental defects are reported back to the customer.









Service Plans

If you are buying a used Škoda, you can now benefit from the used car service plan* for just £299.

Whatever your circumstances, ensure you benefit from 2 years or 20,000 miles servicing (whichever comes first). Services are undertaken by specialist Škoda trained technicians who have the knowledge and expertise to service your car as it should be with the use of genuine approved parts.

Not only will we keep your Škoda in perfect running condition, your full service history will also be maintained. The used car service plan is fully transferable to subsequent buyers should you decide to sell your Škoda before the plan ends.

The service plan includes a maximum of:
  • 1 x Oil change at 10,000 miles or 12 months
  • 1 x Inspection service at 20,000 miles or 24 months
  • 1 x Dust and pollen filter at 24 months
  • 1 x Brake fluid change at 24 months (if required)†
  • 1 x Fuel filter (if required) †
  • 1 x Air filter (if required) †


† Servicing activity provided if specified within the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule for a particular Skoda model. Any other work outside the manufacturer's recommended service schedule, including normal wear and tear, is not included in the plan.
